Versatile Coaching
Aid
A sliotar on a flexible stand moulded in one piece, which
can be secured in many positions such as crossbars, goalposts
etc to encourage wrist development in young hurlers.
It can also be secured to the ground with pegs supplied or
strapped to the base of goalposts for clashing exercises.
On round posts or bars, use back-to-back, or use jubilee clips as shown for firm
grip.
Each pack contains two speedballs plus accessories.
